Five Year Aged Cheddar
The finest aged Wisconsin Cheddar. Full flavored that stands way above the crowd.  This is a very sharp cheddar.

Italian Tellegio
This can be toasted on homemade flatbread with a dollop of pear preserves and toasted cashews for a decadent treat.

Spanish Manchego

St. Andre Brie
French Triple Crème Brie.  Triple Cream means that there is 75% or more fat in the cheese so indeed it is just like butter.  Most Brie that is available commonly are double cream brie.  You are in for a treat.  Pairs great with caramelized onions or fig jam spread on top.
